Extension of closing date: Proposals are hereby invited for the following: Provision of confidential whistleblowing service and fraud case management system to Transnet for a period of four (4) years. Scope: The service provider must: • Have the technological infrastructure for the operation of the whistleblowing hotline; • Provide, as a minimum, a unique, toll free whistleblowing hotline telephone number, short message service (SMS) number/WhatsApp, email address, as well as a web-based application; • Ability to operate a live call center 24/7/365; • Have call centre agents trained in interviewing techniques; • Provide for customised questionnaires that align with Transnet’s unique environment; • Have multi-lingual capabilities that will meet Transnet’s needs; • Ensure protection and confidentiality of information and the identity of whistle-blowers; • Provide for confidential, partially anonymous and anonymous reporting; • Analyse and categorise reported allegations on a monthly basis; • Provide customizable management reports on, as a minimum, categories and number of reports of misconduct received, ageing of reports, number of alerts; • Provide awareness material regarding the platforms and whistle blowing; • Provide awareness training/workshops to staff; • Meets the Safeline-EX Standard, or Safeline-DigEX for Safe Reporting Service Providers.
