Bids are hereby invited for the appointment of a panel of media buying companies for a period of thirty-six (36) months. Scope of Work: The scope of the project is to cover paid media services in terms of procurement, placement, monitoring and reporting as per the following: a) Placing seasonal campaign adverts and editorials in publications; b) Provide a media plan based on the approved organizational Annual Performance Plan and Operational Plan; c) Identify and plan alternate media platforms/digital media to assist in achieving the organizational goals of promoting and marketing the destination; d) Plan and execute media excursions for various campaigns; e) Assist LTA with the generation of media statements and to quality assure those press releases generated internally; f) Placing campaign messages with Commercial and Community Radio Stations; g) Media logging for interviews with Radio Stations and/or media houses as well as appointed media personalities; h) Placing adverts on Community radio stations and mainstream radio stations with both provincial and national footprint in all official languages as prioritized from time to time; i) Outside broadcast activations with various broadcasters (TV Channels, radio, online platforms, etc); j) Plan and book digital advertising such as Google Ads and related services; k) Drafting close-out reports for each campaign including analytics where necessary, l) Provide tracking of the media booked/used and provide LTA with such a report continuously; m) Care must be taken to comply with existing protocols regarding the pandemic and its associated regulations (e.g: regulations around inter-provincial travel) where applicable; n) Pay attention to legislation"s such as POPIA when handling information.
