Re-advertisement: Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Audience segmentation. Scope: The successful bidder is expected to provide a proposal on executing the following services: Phase 1 - Data Analysis to develop Audience Segments/ groupings; • Utilization of existing statistical/quantitative data collected through inter alia Parliament’s own multi-year primary research conducted on Public Perceptions and Stakeholder Satisfaction Surveys; • Distilling data into segments/ groups of audiences using numerous variables or determinants from Stats SA (geo-types), as well as the National Lifestyle Index (replacing LSM). Phase 2 - Developing Framework for Qualitative Research: • Develop a framework/outline of Qualitative research to be conducted with various identified segments; identification of appropriate samples for undertaking focus group discussions to secure a more in-depth reflection of audience info-needs, preferences, timing, and channels for accessing parliamentary information; • Drafting of Questionnaire (to be approved by Parliament). Phase 3 - Conducting Research: • Conduct Qualitative research (in the form of interviews and/or workshops / webinars to gather information that would further enhance an understanding of Parliament Audience Segmentation). Phase 4 - Producing of Audience Segmentation Report, Research Report and PowerPoint Presentation: • Submit official Audience Segmentation Report including comprehensive Research Report and PowerPoint Presentation with recommendations on possible communication interventions to improve Parliament’s reach of the public and stakeholders in their diverse categories to enhance awareness, understanding, image, satisfaction, involvement, trust and confidence.
