Re-Advertisement: Bids are hereby invited for the appointment of contractor for Lotlamoreng Dam Recreational Centre in North West on behalf of the Department of Tourism. Scope: • Repair of fencing - Repair perimeter boundary brick wall with palisade panels; • Refurbishment of existing Ablution facilities, to include disabled toilets - The existing ablution facilities are dilapidated; • Omit the renovation of existing smaller hall - The new Multipurpose Hall will be used for hosting events; • Refurbishment of existing staff housing units - Replace hazardous asbestos roof sheeting and keep housing units functional; • Provide water supply - Borehole; • Provide Electrical reticulation - Connection to the Eskom grid; • Provide sewer reticulation - Drainage system connecting to septic tanks; • Construction of Swimming Pools (Adults and kids); • Construction of water slides; • Construction of Picnic sites comprising of braai stands, lighting and water points; • Construction of a kiddies and Adults Play area with Go Kart route, jungle gym, trampoline, jumping castles, team building obstacle course, target shooting; • Provision of mobile container bar Lapa; • Construction of internal gravel roads (Access to the facilities is required); • Construction of paved parking bays; • Provision for the EPWP Programme.
