Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Collecting, repairs and delivery of 1 RS96 Traction Sweeper - Model 2018 and 1 off mobile diesel trailer at Olifantsfontein Water Care Works. Scope of work: RS96 Traction Sweeper - Model 2018: - Sandblast complete unit; - Fit new brush segments; - Replace sprocket and boss; - Replace rear hood sprocket; - Replace hood bearings; - Replace hood chain; - Replace hood chain tighter; - Replace universal with keys and bolts/nuts; - Replace rear axle chain; - Replace rear axle bearings; - Repair rear axle chain tighter; - Replace one rear wheel dust covers; - Fit a new bush inside boom channel for swivel left to right; - Replace gearbox gasket and oil seal; - Aligned all gears and selector; - Repair hood chain guard; - Fit two broom hood springs; - Paint with red oxide and then in golden yellow; - Transport for collection and delivery. Mobile diesel trailer: - Fit new double jockey wheel; - Fit new diesel pump with flow meter; - Replace filler cap with lockable cap; - Fit lockable valve to bottom of diesel tan; - Replace lights and wiring on trailer with LED kit; - Service, Clean and Paint (Signal Red) trailer; - Fit a double diesel cartridge filter system.
