Tenders are hereby invited for the following: Supply and delivery of spray cart to ARC Small Grain - Stellenbosch institute. Specifications: Spray cart: • To be towed behind quad bike; • Foldable booms of eight meters; • Non-drip nozzles at 50cm intervals; • Plastic water tank of between 200 to 250L; • Petrol water pump with control valve to adjust water pressure and to circulate water to mix chemicals in tank; • Length of cart not exceeding 3m; • Width of cart not exceeding 1.5m; • The frame of the cart should be galvanized to protect against rust; • The axle could be either leaf springs or rubber ride; • The coupler to the quadbike should be a standard female tow hitch - 50mm; • Make the booms height adjustable (80-120cm); • Warranty / guarantee.
