Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Email Archiving and Security. Scope of work: Provide cloud-based archiving and security for 800 mailboxes with the following features: 1. Email security: - Provide email gateway that acts as secure first hop for incoming emails; - Recipient validation; - Active Directory integration; - Anti-spam and anti-virus protection; - IP reputation lookup; - Blacklisting and whitelisting of email addresses and/or domains; - Email delivery tracing; - Granular litigation holds on specific mailboxes. 2. Email Archiving: - At least 10-year archiving; - Legal email retrieval; - Full text content search; - Auditable access to archives; - End-user access to archived email via outlook plugin; - SMTP or POP journaling of internal emails (between Office 365 users on the same email domain). 3.
