Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Repairs to faulty street lights, qty: 01 item. Scope of work: • Supply and replace fused globes as per existing size and wattages; • Do fault finding and repair any fault on the poles eg. Igniter circuit breakers; • Supply and install complete pole tight fittings as per existing (water proofing); • Repair and adjust falling pole; • Supply and replace complete waterproof electrical DB box with all new equipment inside and rewire as per existing; • Supply and install electrical warning signage on the DB box, put legend and replace broken photocell; • Supply and install flood lights LED 500W including cable; • Supply and replace two photocell around generator plant room; • Supply and install six LED florescent light fittings in the boiler house; • Installation of six fly catchers closing of exposed wires in the kitchen; • Install four (4) fly catchers and run the 2.5mm cable to DB board; • Supply and install 4 x 2 additional socket out with boxes; • Testing, commissioning and issuing of COC for the installation of DB Box.
