Bidders are hereby invited for the following: Renewal of the trend Micro Smart protection for endpoints license with software maintenance and support and to procure managed support services for a period of two (2) years for the Department of Tourism. Scope of work: (i) Trend Micro Smart protection for endpoints license renewal with software maintenance and support for a period of two (2) years; (ii) Full managed support services for the solution, from a remote Security Operations Centre (SOC) for a period of two (2) years; (iii) A total of 100 reserved hours for the 2-year period must be quoted on. These hours will be utilised for incidents, investigations, emergencies and environmental changes and configurations. The reserved hours can only be used with prior approval from the Department of Tourism Director and Government Information and Technology Management.
