Scope of work The contractor is to work on Right hand side centre pivot of the straddle carrier: • Remove sample pin from the housing. • Remove damaged pin parts from sill beam and centre pivot on the straddle carrier. • Manufacture new pin to OEM specification. • Supply and fit bearings, pin and seals to the straddle carrier. • Assemble centre pivot / steering ram / tie rod assembly on straddle carrier. • Connect all grease pipes and ensure greasing of parts is taking place / proper. • Ensure wheel alignment is in order.
