      Begründung des Zuschlagsentscheides: Im Sinne von § 31 Abs. 1 VIVöB erfolgte die Vergabe an den Anbieter mit dem wirtschaftlich günstigsten Angebot gemäß den in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen bekannt gegebenen gewichteten Zuschlagskriterien (vgl. Submissionsunterlagen).

      Rechtsmittelbelehrung: Gegen diese Arbeitsvergabe kann innerhalb von 10 Tagen seit der Eröffnung dieser Mitteilung beim Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Schwyz Beschwerde eingereicht werden (§15 Abs. 1 und 2 IVöB, SRSZ 430.120.1, i.V. mit §3 Bst. a Kantonsratsbeschluss über den Beitritt des Kantons Schwyz zur interkantonalen Verordnung über das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen, KRB IVöB, SRSZ 430.120).
